We just want to let you know that we are operating and available, working together with our customers and suppliers for minimum impact during this unprecedented period.
As the Coronavirus outbreak continues to develop, the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, families, customers and suppliers is of the utmost priority, and following the latest announcements from the Government I wanted to take this opportunity to communicate some further information to you all.
We are undertaking regular calls internally and with our customers and suppliers, to ensure that we are all working together efficiently and effectively, and communicating the evolving changes from both parties with regards to Coronavirus and working practices. Our working procedures follow all guidelines, from safe distancing to clean working practice to minimise risk as much as possible.
With regards to the supply of products and services, we are doing our best to minimise any effect, and trying to plan around any potential issues as best we can. Our Account, Sales, Technical, Support and Installation teams are here to work with you as always. If there are changes in your operation, from staffing, projects and perhaps trading ability and hours, please do let your usual Herbert contacts know.
