The price is right… or is it?

The right price really matters in terms of customer satisfaction; there is nothing worse than store prices being different to online. Paper price labels in a store can typically be wrong to the tune of 10% due to the manual update process which is slow and costly in terms of labour…and missing the promotional window opportunity. Updating hundreds if not thousands of labels for promotions and price matching is a mammoth task, using a lot of wasteful paper and of course there is the cost of producing, collating and distributing. With electronic shelf labels problems disappear. Price and product information is rapidly updated over all channels, ensuring no disparity between store, and online platforms, and of course promotions run on time – every time.
